"The Book"
The bathroom in this picture measures 2 inches across.

The bath was made from a pill container.

The taps and shower unit were made from a gold- coloured headpin.
The marble floor and tiled walls were made using the methods detailed in "The Book".
The  same bathroom, but with the pieces moved around to show the "high flush lavatory" to better effect.

All the "wood" is thin card coloured with brown fibre tip pen.

The lavatory chain is a short length of very fine chain.

This little family was made for a friend in England.

I was particularly pleased that at last I had managed to make a slim lady, rather than the somewhat matronly ones that have happened so far.

Although fixed at the shoulders, there is a certain amount of "poseability" in their arms.

They are Sir Hugo Ponsonby Smythe, Lady Isabella, and Charmaine.
Unfortunately, the house is in England, so I had to work from measurements she sent me.  Some of the rooms have ended up slightly too big, but it will be fairly easy to adjust (I hope).

You can just see Father standing by the sitting room fire, reading his newspaper, Mother about to come downstairs, and Cook in the kitchen preparing dinner.
These pictures show a set of "room linings" I made for another friend, who had a little house that needed filling.

Above left is my 1/144th interpretation of
Towyn Lodge.

The interior,
shown on the right,
is made so that the floor
and wall linings on each level pull out like a drawer,
to make it easier
to place the furniture.
